Casa Rondine is a 4.5-room holiday home on two levels, 100 m² of living space, for six guests. Modern interior, with fireplace, underfloor heating and air conditioning — and a heated infinity pool that makes the house something special.
The highlight of the house — the newly built infinity pool, heated for the entire season, with a 180° view across Lake Maggiore. Alongside it, the furnished terrace with loungers, parasol and space for long evenings.

For the cold season the house has underfloor heating, for hot days the air conditioning is ready. Private lift directly from street level, covered parking with wallbox for electric vehicles and gigabit Wi-Fi — modern, considered, unobtrusive.

In just a few minutes you're standing at the swimming bay or walking to Brissago, from where the boats set off to the legendary Brissago Islands. Ascona — with its long piazza, its cafés and galleries — is less than ten minutes away by car, Locarno a quarter of an hour.
Those who seek nature find it around the next bend: the wild Verzasca valley with its turquoise river, the wide Maggia valley with its granite villages, hiking trails up Monte Verità and quiet bays for an afternoon swim in the lake. For rainy days, the leisure pools in Locarno and the Splash e Spa Rivera offer bathing fun and wellness.
